I’m here to try to make sense of my day job, which is working with disability in Bangladesh. While I’m at it, I’ll try to make sense of some of my life as well. I’m disabled myself, and I have plenty of disabled friends here. Quite a lot of my time here is spent trying to speak Bengali and learn about the way things happen in this country.
Put all those things together, and you’re going to get posts about international ideas of disability, experiences of working with disability in this part of the world and stories of disabled people here. I look forward to learning more with the help and patience of my readers.
